2+ years in operation with a consistent revenue history.

LLC, S-Corp, or C-Corp. No sole proprietors.
Professional references
2 professional references — a customer, vendor, or advisor.
Founder interview
A 30-minute founder interview with the People's Fund team.
Background check
Background check on the primary owner/operator.
Vetting & Listing Fee
A one-time fee of $500 (Explorer/Builder) or $1,000 (Cornerstone) is charged at application. Non-refundable, but credited toward your first-year membership if accepted.
Transaction fees, only when a deal closes.
No hidden costs. Facilitation fees apply solely at the close of an investment or exit, and scale down with your membership tier.
